### Using the portal

Dunamai provides this portal for authorized customers and staff to coordinate construction projects. Access is by invitation. Use your own account and keep its sign-in methods private. Contact Dunamai if you suspect another person has access to your account or if your project access needs to change.

The portal records project information, requests, messages, files, and decisions. Review the specific document or work item and its version before approving it. An approval records the account, decision, and time associated with that item. Your project agreement and any agreed change orders govern project scope, price, responsibilities, and dates. Portal access alone does not create or amend a construction contract.

Submit files and information you are authorized to share for the project. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive personal information. Access depends on the organization, project, and role assigned to an account. Contact Dunamai when a team member should be added or removed.

The portal may be unavailable during maintenance, provider interruptions, or spending-limit pauses. For time-sensitive project matters, contact Dunamai directly at Contact@Dunamai.Construction or (915) 401-9272.
