### Information used in the portal

Dunamai uses account information such as your name and email address; organization and project assignments; uploaded documents; requests and responses; messages; and approval records. The portal also records security and activity information, including sign-in events, timestamps, and audit records, to protect accounts and document project actions.

This information supports account access, project coordination, requested communications, approvals, file handling, and security. Authorized Dunamai staff and customer team members can access information according to their assigned organization, project, and role. The portal uses service providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, security, file processing, and email delivery.

Contact Dunamai to request access to or correction of your account information, report an access problem, or discuss removal of project records. Project records and audit history may need to be retained to document the work and its decisions. Do not use the portal to submit unrelated sensitive personal information.
